Follow These Steps :
Step 1 : Do Cardio In Every Alternate Day
(one day Cardio + one Day Weight Training) ,
So by Cardio you will burn fat+Muscle and by Weight Training you will Gain Muscle So In Final You will only Loose Fat.
Step 2 : Take Enough Protein And Carbs After Workout
Step 3 : Do Natural Workout (Pushups , Dips , Pull ups)
